Legal notice

1 - Definitions

In this legal notice, the following words and expressions have the meaning assigned to them below :

  • site: the present web site accessible to the web address www.nateskin.fr corresponding to the domain www.nateskin.fr, property of Aurélie Arnaud.

  • visitor: a natural person who is connected to the site and who consults him.

  • content: all the information available on the site by a visitor.

  • page: it is a computer document often called "Web Page" which contains a part of the content of the site searchable through a software called Web browser. The Web page (made up of several files) is the consultation unit of the World Wide Web. It can consist of text, images, forms or any other multimedia and interactive element.

3 - Intellectual property and counterfeits

Aurélie Arnaud owns the intellectual property rights and has the rights to use all the elements available on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Aurélie Arnaud.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.

4 - Limitations of liability

Aurélie Arnaud can not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the visitor's equipment, when accessing the site, and resulting from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in the section "Contractual limitations on the technical data ", ie the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Aurélie Arnaud can not also be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site.

5 - Management of personal data

In France, personal data is protected in particular by the law n ° 78-87 of January 6th, 1978, the law n ° 2004-801 of August 6th, 2004, the article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of the October 24, 1995.

On the occasion of the use of the site, can be collected: the URL of the links through which the visitor has accessed the site, the access provider of the user, the Internet protocol address (IP ) of the user and the consultation area.

In any case, it is not collected personal information about the visitor for the need of certain services offered by the site. 6 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute in connection with the use of the site is subject to French law. It is made exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Romans-sur-Isère.
